Guardian of the Earth

The falcon is found on most lands on the earth. Native people revere them for their examples of living and  family values. Their fierce defence of home and family; their cunning and hunting skills, and their presence only where the Earth is healthy and life is abundant, make them examples unto humankind, The Zia sun symbol nest  represents the artists home state of New Mexico. The turquoise nuggets represent the value of home and family. The cloud symbol represents all the natural elements in nature needed to sustain life.
