When Tuhavi does appear in kachina events, he is carried by another kachina. Usually one of the runner kachina. In this painting I have chosen Choqapalo, the Mudhead Kachina. As a hunting party, they are swift of foot and sure in aim. An outward expressin of the desire for a prosperous hunting season.
